The third show is online at 3voor12 now and up for download, podcast and stream. A bit messy in the beginning, but that is what you get when swine flu breaks out in times of recession. Some recent dubstep releases by Mala, Coki, Kromestar, Skream – on Deep Medi, and not Hyperdub as I say in the show – and Ikonika in there, and new beats by Joker, Mr. Oizo, Danny Breaks, Ras G and Monopoly. Have a listen and let us know what you think.

Every first Friday of the month Viral Radio takes over Trouw Amsterdam. After the Brainfeeder takeover of yesterday, with a vicious Gaslamp Killer, a Doggpound-meets-Nintendo Samiyam and a the new-and-improved-never-going-under-150-BPM Flying Lotus, it is time for two signature producers and outstanding bass music innovators: Joker and Coki. The former is a 19 year old from Bristol whose music is released by genre-defying label Hyperdub, the latter the architect of multiple mutations of dubstep’s identity. Both have earned their credentials as unique individuals in the recent English experimental bass music scene.
We look forward to their coming, joined by DMZ host MC Sgt. Pokes. And we hope to greet you next month at Trouw.
